Travel Helper Privacy Policy

This End User Software License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is signed by you, as the end user, and the Travel Assistant mobile client software.

1. User Personal Privacy Information Protection

• 1.1. Scope of Application: When you use the software network service, the software does not collect or record your personal information, including but not limited to your health data, language used, access date and time, software and hardware characteristics information, and web records.
• 1.2. Use of Information: Since we do not collect your personal information, we do not upload or use this information to generate data statistics.
• 1.3. Information Disclosure:
  • a) This software will not disclose your information to any third party, as we do not collect such information.
  • b) According to the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of administrative or judicial institutions, the software will not disclose your information.
  • c) If you violate relevant laws, regulations, or rules, we will not disclose your information to third parties as we do not collect it.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

This software is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties. All intellectual property rights are owned by Daily Memorandum. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, you are not granted any intellectual property rights related to the software. Users are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software. Violations may lead to legal consequences, and the perpetrators shall bear all resulting adverse consequences.

3. Software Certification

This software product can be downloaded and disseminated through the internet and other channels. Both the iOS and Android versions are provided through official store channels. Daily Memorandum cannot guarantee the integrity, safety, and effectiveness of software products obtained from non-designated sites.

4. Function Upgrade

Travel Assistant ensures that the upgrade module does not contain any malicious code designed to destroy user data or obtain user privacy information. It does not contain any functional code to track or monitor user behavior, nor does it monitor online or offline behavior or leak user privacy.

5. Rules of Use

Comply with the relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Regulations on the Protection of Computer Information System Security
• Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software
• Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Applicable Law for Trial of Cases Involving Computer Network Copyright Disputes
• Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Maintaining Internet Security
• Internet Electronic Announcement Service Management Regulations
• Internet News Information Service Management Regulations
• Internet Copyright Administrative Protection Measures
• Information Network Dissemination Right Protection Regulations
• Regulations on the Management of Internet User Account Names
• And other related laws, regulations, and implementation measures.

6. User Release Content Specification

Users are fully responsible for the content they publish, upload, or transmit. All users are not allowed to publish information containing the following content through this software:

• Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution.
• Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity.
• Damaging national honor and interests.
• Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity.
• Undermining the state's religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions.
• Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability.
• Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or instigating crime.
• Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the lawful rights and interests of others.
• Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, gathering crowds to disrupt social order.
• Activities in the name of illegal civil organizations.
• Containing content prohibited by laws, regulations, rules, local normative documents, national policies, government notices, public order, and good customs.
• Content that the software believes is not conducive to the community ecology in the software and may cause losses to the software.

7. Voluntary Software and Uninstall Right

This software is voluntary. You can uninstall this software at any time. All consequences arising from the deletion shall be borne by the user.

8. Termination

If you violate this Agreement, your authorization to use this software will be terminated. After termination, you must destroy the copy of the software and all related documents.

9. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to the content and validity of this Agreement. All disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction and shall be under the jurisdiction of the local court of Travel Assistant.

10. Google AdMob Advertising

• 10.1. Information Collection: This software integrates Google AdMob advertising services. Some advertisements may collect and use information about your device and user habits to provide personalized advertising experiences. This information is collected and used by Google AdMob, not by the software itself.
• 10.2. Data Usage: The data collected by Google AdMob may include, but is not limited to, device identifiers, location data, and user interaction with advertisements. This data helps improve the relevance of ads shown to you.
• 10.3. Privacy and Opt-Out: For more information on how Google AdMob collects and uses data, and to manage your privacy settings or opt-out of personalized ads, please visit the Google AdMob privacy policy.
